As the second collaboration between Leighton Asia and the Phoenix Group, Phoenix Equinox stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence in construction and development. Comprising four commercial office towers, including two towering 20-storey structures and two sleek 11-storey buildings, all seamlessly integrated with three common basements, this complex redefines modern workspace design. Spanning over 2.6 hectares, Phoenix Equinox boasts a vast built-up area of approximately 291,000 square meters, offering ample space for businesses to thrive and grow. Our scope of work encompasses a wide range of tasks, from completing civil and structural works to installing state-of-the-art façades, electrical systems, and meticulously finishing common areas.
