As the second collaboration between Leighton Asia and the Phoenix Group, Phoenix Equinox stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence in construction and development. Comprising four commercial office towers, including two towering 20-storey structures and two sleek 11-storey buildings, all seamlessly integrated with three common basements, this complex redefines modern workspace design. Spanning over 2.6 hectares, Phoenix Equinox boasts a vast built-up area of approximately 291,000 square meters, offering ample space for businesses to thrive and grow. Our scope of work encompasses a wide range of tasks, from completing civil and structural works to installing state-of-the-art façades, electrical systems, and meticulously finishing common areas. Additionally, we're responsible for the external development and associated works, ensuring every aspect of the project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
