How and why it all started

GharPe's journey began with the vision of our founder Mr. Manohar Chapalamadugu, a trailblazer in SaaS products, who constantly sought to bring cutting-edge technology to customers. His unstoppable journey started with ClickDesk, a pioneering chatbot software, followed by AgileCRM, ranked among the world's top 5 CRMs. With the recent launch of 500apps, revolutionizing the SaaS workspace, and serving over 91,436 businesses, Mr. Chapalamadugu decided to create something impactful for the Indian ecosystem, and stared Owfis (an All-In-One HRMS co,.) and GharPe.

At GharPe, our founder envisions a seamless and confident home buying experience for every homeowner. He believes technology is a driving force for innovation and a game-changer in business. GharPe unveiled its groundbreaking 3D platform, offering homebuyers a virtual and immersive way to explore properties from the comfort of their homes. With the introduction of Group-buy, GharPe has reimagined property purchases, enabling customers to secure properties at the most competitive prices in the industry.

Manohar Chapalamadugu, the Founder and CEO of GharPe, is also the visionary behind 500apps, a suite of 50 apps that empowers small businesses' growth affordably. Prior to 500apps, Manohar founded and led ClickDesk and AgileCRM, showcasing his extensive experience in the startup landscape. With over two decades of expertise, he has become a driving force in the industry. Manohar's academic achievements include a Master's degree from the State University of New York and a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His passion for innovation and commitment to transforming businesses shape the foundation of GharPe's success.
