Adibatla, a village nestled in R.R. District, Telangana, stands as a beacon for prudent investments in plots and lands poised for future appreciation. This burgeoning locale is strategically positioned, sandwiched between the Outer Ring Road (ORR), Nagarjuna Sagar Highway, and Sri Salilam Highway, offering unparalleled connectivity. Adibatla's prominence has been catapulted by the establishment of IT Special Economic Zones (SEZ) and Aerospace SEZ. Further enhancing its stature, Tata Advanced Systems, a subsidiary of Tata Group, has initiated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for helicopter units and wings in collaboration with industry giants LOCKHEED MARTIN and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION within the Aerospace SEZ at Adibatla. SAMUHA Engineering, a cluster of small manufacturing ancillary units, has also set up operations, expected to generate employment for approximately 10,000 individuals. Adibatla boasts additional opportunities with developed land in Fab City, located on Srisailam Highway in Thukkuguda. Notably, mobile giant Micromax has expressed keen interest in establishing a manufacturing operation within Fab City, having been allocated a sprawling 55-acre area.

Telangana Government is actively engaged in discussions with various mobile manufacturing companies to foster their presence in Fab City. Adjacent to Adibatla, Shamshabad Airport is a mere 15-minute drive away, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Hardware Park, situated in the vicinity of Thukkuguda, is already home to numerous companies, contributing to the creation of over 3,000 employment opportunities. Additionally, the ITIR project, recently unveiled by the Central Government, is poised to inject further growth into this thriving region, promising a bright and prosperous future.
