With over three decades of experience, we have successfully executed 50+ projects, encompassing a total area of over 50 Lakh Square Feet, featuring distinctive amenities that define excellence in construction. Our journey began in 1988 when two passionate civil engineers, Ch. Ramchandra Reddy and B. Venugopal, founded a structural consultancy firm named Ram and Venu Associates. Over the years, their firm provided structural design consultancy services for more than 100 buildings, including notable projects in twin cities and Vishakhapatnam. Recognizing the need for a construction company that blends quality with affordability, they took their first step into the construction industry by establishing R.V. Constructions in 1990. The year 1995 witnessed the merger of R.V. Constructions and Vivekananda Constructions, giving rise to the formation of R.V. Nirmaan Private Limited. Guided by a team of experienced technocrats, RV Nirmaan embarked on its journey by providing structural designs for prominent buildings such as the Aquatic Sports Complex in Vishakhapatnam, APCOB Silver Jubilee Building, and St. Theresa’s Hospital in Hyderabad.
