Magarpatta City intricately balances mixed-use building typologies to establish a sustainable urban community with social and commercial infrastructure within walking distance. Central to this design is the recurring concept of the courtyard, which organizes the built environment. The form of the 12 towers distinctly mirrors the central circular open green space, with each tower forming a ring around it, three in each sector. This building shape not only invites but also maximizes views from the office spaces. Adorned with sky-blue glass facades, the towers reflect the surrounding greenery, while the double glazing aids in maintaining optimal inner office temperatures. Artistically designed totem poles in front of the buildings serve as markers for companies within the complex. The Magarpatta City Corporate Office, serving as the administrative hub of the township, oversees the management and upkeep of various amenities and infrastructure. Recognized for its cutting-edge technology, it earned the distinction of being the first Platinum-rated Green Building in Pune by the IGBC in 2019. Symbolizing collective effort and collaboration, the columns supporting the roof not only provide structural stability but also embody the sense of community and shared responsibility integral to Magarpatta City's development. Moreover, they safeguard the inner glass facade, reflecting the residents' and businesses' sense of security and protection derived from their involvement in the city's growth.

Beyond its administrative functions, the Magarpatta City Corporate Office stands as a model for sustainable urban development, attracting urban planners and developers globally. Positioned centrally along the main east-west axis of the masterplan, the office symbolizes the collective endeavor behind Magarpatta City's creation. Its courtyard features a striking constructivist installation representing the entire masterplan, emphasizing the holistic approach guiding the city's development. Offering expansive views of the adjacent Aditi Garden, the office fosters a seamless connection to nature, while its rainwater harvesting system underscores the commitment to sustainable practices defining Magarpatta City's ethos.
