Metro Builders was founded in 1993 by Mohammed Moquim and Mr Peeyush Dhari Mohanty. Metro Group is an old name in the Realty industry in Odisha. They have also conglomerated with Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Infrastructure, Tours & Travel, Security Services and Agriculture. Over the last three decades, the company has given wonderful residential and finest commercial infrastructures.  Metro Builders have several ongoing residential projects like Metro King's Court, Metro Uday, Metro Serenity, Metro Royal Vista, Metro Premia, Metro Greenwood Pristine, and Metro 100 acres, Ananta. Further, they have delivered award-winning residential projects like Metro Greenwood in new Cuttack, Metro 100 acres - The Access, Metro Highway, Metro Emerald, Metro Satellite City, and Metro Hydeout.  Even in commercial projects, they have successfully delivered Metro Group, Metro Arcade, Metro Plaza, and Metro Manorama. The two most awaited projects by Metro Builders include Metro Uday and Metro Palms International. They have also built two Metto Supermarkets in Cuttack.
